Privacy Policy
Effective date: 15 June 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Resleeve B.V. (“Resleeve”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our websites, apps and the Resleeve services (together, the “Services”). It applies alongside our Terms of Use. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.
1. Who we are
Resleeve B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this policy, with its registered office at High Tech Campus 5, Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email us at support@resleeve.ai. Where we process personal data within your content on your behalf (for example, data you upload to generate output), we act as a processor and you are the controller; that processing is governed by a data processing agreement available to business customers on request.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account and profile data, such as your first and last name, email address, password, organisation and role, and (where relevant) date of birth.
- Billing data, such as your plan, transactions and billing address. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- Content you provide (Input), such as prompts, briefs, text, images, audio, video, files and brand assets you submit, and the output generated from them. This content may contain personal data about you or others that you choose to include.
- Voice and likeness data, where you use features such as voice cloning, avatars or presenter video (see section 3).
- Usage and device data, collected automatically, such as device and browser type, operating system, IP address, identifiers, language and approximate location, and how you interact with the Services, including feature usage, logs and error data.
- Communications and preferences, such as messages you send us, support requests, survey responses and marketing preferences.
Where you provide personal data about other people (for example in your Input), you are responsible for having a lawful basis and, where required, their consent, and for informing them of this policy.
3. Biometric and likeness data
Some features process a voice sample or facial or likeness data to create a model you can reuse, for example to narrate in your own voice or to appear as a presenter. This can constitute biometric data, a special category of personal data. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you set up such a feature, and only to provide that feature to you.
We do not use your voice or likeness models to train general-purpose models for others, and we do not sell them. You may delete a voice or likeness model at any time, after which we stop using it and remove it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. You may only create a model of yourself or of a person who has given you their explicit, verifiable consent, as set out in our Terms of Use.
4. How we use your data and legal bases
- To provide the Services (create your account, process your Input, generate Output, run automations and agents, and support you). Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To bill and prevent fraud. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in secure payment.
- To secure, maintain and improve the Services, including analysing usage and errors and creating aggregated, de-identified data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services.
- To communicate with you, including service messages and, where permitted, marketing. Legal basis: our legitimate interest or your consent. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- To operate biometric and likeness features. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
- To comply with the law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and our legitimate interest.
5. AI processing and model training
The Services use artificial-intelligence models, operated by us and by third-party providers, to generate Output. When you use a feature powered by a third-party model, we share the Input needed to produce your Output with that provider.
We do not use your private Input or Output to train general-purpose or foundation models for the benefit of other customers, and we instruct our third-party AI providers not to use your personal data to train or improve their models for others. We may use aggregated, de-identified or anonymised data, and operational data such as usage and error patterns, to maintain, secure and improve the Services. Where a feature would use your content to personalise or train a model specifically for you (for example, brand training or a voice model), we do so only to provide that feature to you.
6. Sharing and sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers and sub-processors that help us run the Services, including third-party AI model providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure, payment processing (such as Stripe), analytics, email and customer support. They may process personal data only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Resleeve, our users or the public.
- Parties to a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- Others at your direction or with your consent.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here: for the life of your account and, after closure, for a reasonable period to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Content you delete is removed from active systems within a reasonable period and from backups in the ordinary course, unless we must retain it by law. Biometric and likeness models are deleted as described in section 3.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your country of residence.
10. Cookies and tracking
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure usage and, where you consent, for analytics and marketing. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls we provide. Some cookies are necessary for the Services to function.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, such as encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, or the age of digital consent in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice, for example by posting the updated policy with a new effective date or by notifying you through the Services. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
14. Contact
For questions about this policy or our handling of your personal data, contact Resleeve B.V., High Tech Campus 5, Eindhoven, the Netherlands, or email us at support@resleeve.ai.
